11 investigators obtained surveillance photos taken by the feds during the 15-month undercover drug operation.

One of the photos, included in court filings, shows a picture of a man standing by Langford’s pickup truck at the football field in the West End back in August.

The feds say Langford is in the driver’s seat.

Investigators say Langford then left the field and sold the cocaine to the informant and returned to practice with the cash.

In the motion, the US Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania wrote that Langford “attempted to use the esteem that he holds within the youth football community, and the sanctity of the playground itself, as a shield to his criminal actions.”

The US Attorney also referenced the Stop the Violence funding Langford’s football association received from the city of Pittsburgh.

“While his program received “Stop the Violence” grant money, the defendant contributed to the violence associated with drug trafficking within the Western District of Pennsylvania.”

The motion also said that Langford had been convicted in 2004 of conspiracy to distribute 5 kilograms or more of cocaine and that he was sentenced to 121 months in prison.

The record also includes at least 14 letters from people supporting Langford, and urging the Judge to release him on bond.

Langford is the president of the West Side Mustang youth football program and during the past five years, his organization has received more than $66,000 in Stop the Violence funds from the City of Pittsburgh.

Langford was indicted by a federal grand jury along with seven others, all accused of running that cocaine distribution network.

He was arraigned on Monday and pleaded not guilty. He has requested a jury trial.
