So, I set up shop [there], and it\u2019s been an amazing two years, but now I\u2019m ready to spread my wings with my own, larger location in the Bethlehem area. Her treats have become big hits at friends and family gatherings.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBaking has been a lifelong passion of mine, and so many people have pushed me to open a bakery,\u201d Strouse told 69 News prior to the business\u2019 opening.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI didn\u2019t think it would be a bakery that focuses on scones, but I really got into scones about a year ago.
