While a local coroner&#8217;s office reported a 6th potential measles-associated death involving a 39-year-old woman in Franklin County on October 12, state health experts have kept it under formal investigation to verify if it strictly meets the state&#8217;s clinical and epidemiological criteria. <\/p>\n<p>Counties reporting the most cases include Lancaster County (487), Mifflin (198) and Chester (93).<\/p>\n<p>The best protection against measles remains getting fully vaccinated.
