He also pleaded guilty to one count of felony receiving stolen property and fleeing law enforcement for the chase.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Lightner also said Estevez, who was 16 at the time of the shooting and charged under the Fisher Bill, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to aggravated assault and was sentenced to 1.5-5 years in prison.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Both teens were facing dozens of charges for the incident in the early morning of February 15, when police said the pair fired 21 shots into a house in the 4000 block of Schaper Avenue while 12 people were inside, then allegedly fled from police up Parade St. in their car before taking off on foot when located by police later that morning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">In exchange for those guilty pleas, prosecutors agreed not to pursue dozens of other felony and misdemeanor charges against the pair.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The DA&#8217;s office said Hall is set to be sentenced in December with a recommended sentence of 9-20 years in prison.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Copyright 2026 Nexstar Media, Inc.
