CEO Jim Foote says Erie will soon be home to one of just two laboratories, with the new facility expected to open in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Foote says the testing can benefit patients with a wide range of cancers, helping provide information that may guide more personalized treatment options.<\/p>\n<p>For Foote, the mission is also personal. His son, Trey, fought cancer for much of his life before passing away.
