Large cracks and widening expansion joint separations now run across long stretches of the pavement. These structural failures don\u2019t just create an unpleasant riding experience \u2014 they threaten the long-term integrity of the entire surface. Cyclists and walkers report that hitting or tripping over these large gaps, especially by the Forty Fort airport, feels like riding over a washboard causing discomfort and, in some cases, sudden jolts that could lead to accidents.<\/p>\n
What was once a smooth, scenic route for exercise\u00a0 has become a frustrating riding course. Without timely repairs, the damage will continue to spread, eventually requiring more extensive \u2014 and more expensive \u2014 reconstruction. Local residents are calling for immediate action to repair the pavement cracks and restore its safety and riding accessibility. Investing in repairs now will protect this valuable community resource for years to come.<\/p>\n
