(SUBMITTED)<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">During their investigation, officers discovered Sartin had several controlled substances, a large amount of cash and drug paraphernalia, police said<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Sartin faces charges of felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal use of a cell phone and possession of a small amount of marijuana.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Sartin was arraigned before District Judge Paul Keeler and remains at Lackawanna County Prison in lieu of $50,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:45 a.m. on Nov. 20.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Anyone with information about this investigation is asked to contact the Scranton Police Department.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A Mississippi man faces multiple drug-related charges after a traffic stop Monday, according to Scranton police.
