ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Firefighters knocked down a two-alarm fire in Allentown on Friday.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Flames broke out shortly after 1:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon at a home in the 800 block of Jasper Street.<\/p>\n
We’re told firefighters contained most of the damage to the back of the house, with live electric lines in the area.<\/p>\n
An aggressive fire attack and roof ventilation brought the fire under control, the fire department said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
All occupants of the house escaped prior to the fire and paramedic units arriving, according to officials.\u00a0<\/p>\n
One person was evaluated for possible smoke inhalation.\u00a0<\/p>\n
