This caused him to feel light-headed and fall, suffering injuries to the face.<\/p>\n Fetterman remained in the hospital so doctors could \u201cfine-tune his medication regimen,\u201d the spokesperson said.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m overwhelmed + profoundly grateful for all the well-wishes.
