A former Little League sensation from Philadelphia is on her way to the big leagues. <\/p>\n

On Thursday, Nov. 20, Mo’ne Davis\u00a0was selected as 10th overall to head to Los Angeles to join their Women’s Pro Baseball League team. <\/p>\n

Davis is credited as being the first girl to earn a win as a pitcher in the Little League World Series and is no stranger to the spotlight.<\/p>\n

When she showed up at the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy back in August to compete<\/a> for a roster spot, Davis tried out in center field and took part in a bullpen session.<\/p>\n
