Rider University freshman Lamar Johnson, a Scranton graduate, was named Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Rookie of the Week. He scored a game-high 19 points, had four rebounds and two steals in a loss to Drexel. \u2026\u00a0 Colgate senior linebacker Jared Nepa, a Carbondale Area graduate, was named Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year. He led the team with 89 tackles (58 solo). He also led the league with five interceptions, three of which he returned for touchdowns to tie a school record for career INT touchdown returns. \u2026 East Stroudsburg wide receiver Evan Prall, a West Scranton graduate, leads NCAA Division II with 75 receptions for 1,569 yards, the seventh-best single-season total in NCAA Division II history. He also had 20 touchdowns. \u2026 The Times-Tribune announces its fall sports All-Region Teams.
