While the clouds won\u2019t be completely going away for Thanksgiving week, the Lehigh Valley will see some spring-like temperatures as travelers hit the road Wednesday.<\/p>\n
The National Weather Service in Mount Holly, New Jersey, says a warm front passing through Tuesday will bring rain along with the balmy air.<\/p>\n
Rain will arrive after 1 p.m. Tuesday along with a high of 52 degrees, though it could hit 60. There will be periods of rain through the evening with a quarter of an inch possible.<\/p>\n
Wednesday\u2019s high is 62 with clouds and possibly more precipitation.<\/p>\n
\u201cOverall, this system looks like a beneficial rain more than anything though Tuesday through Wednesday night is shaping up to be a damp and dreary stretch,\u201d the NWS said in its weather discussion.<\/p>\n
A cold front will come into the Valley on Wednesday night and bring lower temperatures. Thanksgiving is expected to be partly cloudy with a high of 44.<\/p>\n
In the near term, the sun will make an appearance Monday with a high of 52.<\/p>\n
