BENSALEM, PA \u2014 Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a shooting that was reported late Friday afternoon at the Neshaminy State Park Marina. <\/p>\n
The incident happened just after 3:30 p.m. Authorities said a 47-year-old Croydon man came to the park with a firearm. He encountered two other men while they were fishing. One of the men, a 22-year-old from Bensalem, fired his handgun and struck man in the leg, police said.<\/p>\n
The Croydon man fled the scene in his vehicle but was stopped and later treated by Bensalem EMS for his injuries.<\/p>\n
“There is no danger to the public related to this incident,” State Police said.<\/p>\n
The people involved have not been identified by police.<\/p>\n
This incident is currently under investigation by the Troop M Trevose Criminal Investigation Unit.<\/p>\n
