In September, Rivers Enterprise Borrower LLC, an affiliate of Rush Street Gaming, announced a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.businesswire.com\/news\/home\/20250924713201\/en\/Rivers-Enterprise-Borrower-LLC-Announces-Pricing-of-%24600-Million-Senior-Secured-Notes-Offering\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">private offering<\/a>\u00a0to raise proceeds to acquire ownership of the casino, adding it to its portfolio that already includes others with the Rivers brand.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">Now, Rivers Enterprise has\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.businesswire.com\/news\/home\/20251120571974\/en\/Rivers-Enterprise-Borrower-LLC-Announces-Completion-of-the-Recapitalization-of-Rivers-Casino-Pittsburgh\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">announced the completion of the recapitalization<\/a>, with the casino valued at $991 million. Rivers Enterprise now owns not just the Rivers Casino Pittsburgh, but also the Rivers Casino Philadelphia, Rivers Casino and Resort Schenectady and Rivers Casino Portsmouth.
