\nare expected south of I-90 in Erie County and the northern portion

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will

\npower lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Whiteout
\nconditions are expected and will make travel difficult to

\nErie County late Wednesday night the band moves gradually moves
\ninland Thursday morning. The heaviest snow is expected Thursday
\nand Thursday night when snowfall rates could reach 1 to 2 inches
