A popular restaurant chain in central Pa. announced Thursday it is closing three locations.<\/p>\n
Isaac\u2019s Restaurants <\/a>will close its Lancaster City, South York and Ephrata restaurants this year.<\/p>\n The chain said the Lancaster City location will close on Oct. 25, South York on Oct. 26, and Ephrata on Nov. 30.<\/p>\n In a press statement, Isaac\u2019s attributed the closures of its Craft Kitchen & Brewery locations to several factors, including its sales and the restaurants\u2019 close proximity to other Isaac\u2019s locations.<\/p>\n It also blamed the \u201cbroader impact of inflation and interest costs on both our guests and Isaac\u2019s.\u201d<\/p>\n Isaac\u2019s said the changes will allow it to invest and update its 10 other restaurants. <\/p>\n Isaac\u2019s CEO Mike Weaver said employees have been offered positions at other restaurants. <\/p>\n \u201cWe appreciate the thousands of guests who have visited these locations over the last 20+ years and hope that they can continue to visit us at other nearby locations,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n Gift cards and loyalty points can be used at all Isaac\u2019s restaurants.<\/p>\n Isaac\u2019s was founded more than 40 years ago in Lancaster, serving sandwiches named after birds. <\/p>\n It joins other local restaurant closures announced in recent weeks, including Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant\u2019s Chapter 7 bankruptcy.<\/a><\/p>\n If you purchase a product or register for an account through a link on our site, we may receive compensation.
