Main St. in Nazareth, according to a news release.<\/p>\n<p>O\u2019Neill, a longtime Nazareth resident, purchased the historic North Main Street property \u2013 dating to the late 18th century \u2013 and is in the process of transforming the former salon into Circle Cafe on Main.<\/p>\n<p>Allentown-based Lehigh Financial Group LLC arranged the SBA loan that financed the purchase and upcoming renovations.<\/p>\n<p>Jeff Barber of Lehigh Financial Group guided O\u2019Neill through the loan process and connected her with the professionals she needed to bring her vision to life.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI wouldn\u2019t have gotten to the finish line without Jeff,\u201d O\u2019Neill said. \u201cHe knew everything, was always responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me get this business off the ground.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>O\u2019Neill, who spent over 20 years in corporate software sales, was inspired to make a professional change following a family trip to Europe and a growing desire to do something more meaningful and fulfilling.<\/p>\n<p>When she discovered the historic stone building in the heart of Nazareth\u2019s circle, she knew it was the perfect fit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was everything I never knew I always wanted,\u201d she said. \u201cThe windows, the views, the aesthetics of the building just spoke to me. I knew this was the place.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>                        <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAQAAAADCAQAAAAe\/WZNAAAAEElEQVR42mM8U88ABowYDABAxQPltt5zqAAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==\" alt=\"circle cafe logo.jpg\" class=\"img-responsive lazyload full blur\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" data- data-\/><\/p>\n<p>             <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/68eea9dbd5feb.image.jpg\" alt=\"\" aria-hidden=\"true\" loading=\"lazy\" height=\"200\" width=\"200\"\/><\/p>\n<p>                                    Circle Cafe on Main<\/p>\n<p>Located across from Nazareth Moravian Church and near other community landmarks such as Nazareth Post Office and the seasonal Nazareth Farmers Market, the building is<\/p>\n<p>\u201cideally situated for a caf\u00e9,\u201d the release states.<\/p>\n<p>O\u2019Neill plans to implement minimal structural changes while adding new flooring, fresh paint and a fully equipped kitchen that will house a convection oven, commercial refrigerator and other professional-grade appliances.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re creating a space with a boho, historic vibe,\u201d O\u2019Neill said. \u201cThink deep peacock walls, a velvet couch, and natural lighting that makes it warm and inviting.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Circle Cafe on Main will offer homemade quiches, soups, flatbreads, and pastries, as well as convenient take-home dinners.<\/p>\n<p>There will be no deep fryers, and all items will be freshly made with care, including deli-style pasta and potato salads inspired by O\u2019Neill\u2019s New Jersey roots.<\/p>\n<p>Drinks will feature seasonal homemade iced teas, lemonade and coffee brewed from Electric City Roasting beans.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s about high-quality, convenient food that brings people together,\u201d O\u2019Neill said. \u201cI want it to be a place where people feel at home, whether they\u2019re stopping in for a quick lunch or spending an afternoon with friends.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>O\u2019Neill is overseeing the build-out in partnership with A&amp;E Drafting.<\/p>\n<p>Renovations are set to begin Tuesday, Oct. 14, and O\u2019Neill is hopeful that construction will be completed in time for the borough\u2019s holiday festivities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOpening by Christmas is the dream,\u201d she said. \u201cIt would be amazing to open our doors when the town lights the tree and welcome people in for coffee and warmth.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Financing for the project was secured through Lehigh Financial Group via an SBA loan, funded by 44 Business Capital, and the transaction was handled by Loren Speziale, Esq. of Gross McGinley LLP in Allentown.<\/p>\n<p>O\u2019Neill\u2019s real estate agent was Allie Bennicas of the Cliff Lewis Experience Team.<\/p>\n<p>Looking ahead, O\u2019Neill envisions Circle Cafe on Main as more than just a business.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s going to go so well that I\u2019ll need to expand into the upstairs for more seating,\u201d she said. \u201cI want this caf\u00e9 to be a hub for the community and an extension of my family.
