(WOLF) \u2014 Earlier today Fox56 was able to spend a few minutes with Chet Merli \u2013 the republican Lackawanna county commissioner candidate.<\/p>\n<p>In the race for the upcoming November election, Merli outlined his two biggest issues.<\/p>\n<p>Accountability for the budget is one. Reassessment. We need to continue this process so people can have their reassessments heard,&#8221; said Merli. &#8220;Those are the two biggest issues that face the county right now.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He also positioned himself as an outsider when compared to the other two candidates.
