{"id":49174,"date":"2025-12-01T17:17:07","date_gmt":"2025-12-01T17:17:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/49174\/"},"modified":"2025-12-01T17:17:07","modified_gmt":"2025-12-01T17:17:07","slug":"ssb-sets-december-opening-for-new-greenfield-branch-wpxi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/49174\/","title":{"rendered":"SSB sets December opening for new Greenfield branch \u2013 WPXI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">PITTSBURGH \u2014 A year after regulatory filings revealed that SSB was adding a branch in Greenfield, the doors will open the first week of December.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">The debut is significant because it\u2019s only the third location for the privately held community bank and not just a departure from its North Side\/North Hills footprint but entering a neighborhood where some of the region\u2019s largest financial institutions have pulled out.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">The location, 4028 Beechwood Blvd., is in a retail plaza near Squirrel Hill and Oakland, east of downtown Pittsburgh.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">SSB originally expected the Greenfield branch to open in March or April. J. Daniel Moon IV, SSB\u2019s president and CEO, said it took longer than anticipated due to the city\u2019s permitting process.
