PennDOT maintenance crews<\/a> will conduct road work at multiple locations across Northampton County<\/a> from Monday, Dec. 1 through Friday, Dec. 5, with lane restrictions and flagging operations affecting traffic during daytime hours.<\/p>\n

Work will begin Dec. 1 on several roads across the county. In East Allen Township, pothole patching will occur on Airport Road between Orchard Lane and Nor-Bath Boulevard from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. <\/p>\n

In Lehigh Township, crack sealing will take place on Route 248 between Riverview Drive and Blue Mountain Drive through Dec. 5. In Lower Mount Bethel Township, crews will perform crack sealing on South Main Street between South Delaware Drive and Main Street through Dec. 2.<\/p>\n

Work will also begin Dec. 1 on Island Park Road\/Lower Saucon Road\/Apple Butter Road between Freemansburg Avenue and Shimmersville Road, affecting Palmer Township, Wilson Borough, Williams Township, Lower Saucon Township, and the City of Bethlehem through Dec. 3.<\/p>\n

On Dec. 2, pothole patching begins on Monocacy Drive in Moore Township between Northampton Street and Mountain View Drive through Dec. 3.<\/p>\n

Starting Dec. 3, crack sealing work will occur on Jacktown Road in Lower Mount Bethel Township and Washington Township between South Delaware Drive and Richmond Road through Dec. 4.<\/p>\n

Beginning Dec. 4, crews will patch potholes on Nor-Bath Boulevard in East Allen Township between Airport Road and Seemsville Road through Dec. 5. Work will also begin on South 25th Street in Palmer Township between Northampton Street and Freemansburg Avenue through Dec. 5.<\/p>\n

On Dec. 5, maintenance work will occur on Main Street in Stockertown Borough between Old Easton Road and Hillside Avenue.<\/p>\n

All projects will involve lane restrictions with flagging from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Rain may cause delays to all projects except the work on S. 25th Street in Palmer Township.<\/p>\n
