Davine Warren, 23, was taken into custody on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators say Warren got out of his car the night he allegedly struck the victims, then drove off\u2014running over a third victim who tried to stop him.<\/p>\n<p>Warren was already wanted on a weapons violation warrant.
