READING, Pa. – The Berks County Latino Chamber of Commerce will host the city’s 4th annual Puerto Rican Day parade Sunday.<\/p>\n
Organizers say the celebration of Puerto Rican culture will be a day filled with colorful parades, lively music, delicious food and a sense of unity and community spirit.<\/p>\n
The parade, featuring floats, traditional costumes and dancers, kicks off Sunday at 11th and Penn Streets at 11 a.m.<\/p>\n
Following the parade, festivities will continue at 5th and Penn Streets with live music, authentic Puerto Rican cuisine, arts and crafts vendors and family-friendly activities.<\/p>\n
The Reading Parking Authority is providing free parking from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the following gateless garages:<\/p>\n

South Penn Garage: 626 Cherry Street<\/p>\n
Chiarelli Plaza Garage: North 3rd & Washington Street<\/p>\n
