A suspected kidnapper who was charged with violently attacking a woman earlier this year has been busted for another kidnapping \u2014 this time of a 23-year-old woman who is still missing 12 days after she vanished in Philadelphia.<\/p>\n

Keon King, 21, was first busted earlier this year for allegedly throwing a woman in his car and then trying to strangle her, Fox 29 reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n

However, the charges were dismissed in May when the accuser stopped showing up for court \u2014 until King was eyed in the recent disappearance of Kada Scott, a 23-year-old who vanished on Oct. 4.<\/p>\n

Keon King, 21, has been arrested in connection with the kidnapping of two women in separate attacks. Philadelphia Police Department<\/p>\n

He has now been charged in both cases in what Philadelphia police call a disturbing \u201cpattern of behavior.\u201d<\/p>\n

He was charged as a huge search is continuing for Scott, who was last seen leaving the senior home where she worked.<\/p>\n

She had been communicating with King in the days before her disappearance, but police are still trying to establish the exact nature of their relationship, PPD Deputy Commissioner Frank Vanore told reporters.<\/p>\n

Her 1999 gray Toyota Camry was discovered Wednesday in the East Falls neighborhood of northwest Philadelphia, after police allege King tried to dispose of it. Her bank card and a phone case were also found in an abandoned Germantown elementary school, after police searched with drones and K9 units.<\/p>\n

The case is being investigated by Philly\u2019s homicide squad, but only because it has \u201cthe most experienced investigators,\u201d Deputy Commissioner John Stanford said.<\/p>\n

Kada Scott, 23, was last seen on Oct. 4 when she left the senior home where she worked. GoFundMe<\/p>\n

King has been charged with kidnapping the still-missing Scott, as well as recklessly endangering another person and use of a communication facility.<\/p>\n

He has also been charged again in the earlier kidnapping, with cops refiling the charges after tying it to Scott\u2019s case, authorities said.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo at this point, he will have two open kidnapping cases that will face preliminary hearings in the coming months,\u201d Assistant District Attorney Ashley Toczylowski said.<\/p>\n

A Toyota Camry believed to belong to Scott was discovered on Wednesday. WPVI<\/p>\n

Cops also found evidence linked to Scott in an abandoned elementary school in Philadelphia. WPVI<\/p>\n

Scott\u2019s family has started a GoFundMe, and says the money raised will be a reward for credible information that leads to her discovery.<\/p>\n

\u201cCanvass the neighborhoods, any leads we can possibly get we forward to police in hopes of getting my daughter back home,\u201d her father, Kevin Scott, told 6ABC.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou never know what little, small, minuscule information may apply to the big picture, the puzzle that might get Kada home.
