DALLAS \u2014 The Pittsburgh Penguins will face the Dallas Stars Sunday evening with a pair of wingers who haven\u2019t played in weeks, but without Evgeni Malkin, whose maintenance day became an injury absence. <\/p>\n
Sunday, the team returned Boko Imama to the Wilkes-Barre\/Scranton Penguins, clearing a roster spots for Noel Acciari and Justin Brazeau. <\/p>\n
Both Acciari and Justin Brazeau have been full participants in the most recent Penguins practices, including Saturday at a suburban Dallas facility. <\/p>\n
Acciari told PHN Saturday, \u201cWhen they call my number, I\u2019m ready to go.\u201d<\/p>\n
The scrappy forward will likely resume his fourth-line role with Black Lizotte and Connor Dewar. Acciari had three assists in 13 games before suffering an upper-body injury. <\/p>\n
The Penguins also announced that they have recalled defensemen Harrison Brunicke and Jack St. Ivany from their rehab assignments. Brunicke was on a one-time, 14-day rehab assignment.<\/p>\n
The team also announced Tristan Jarry would start in goal. <\/p>\n
Clarifications: St. Ivany has not been activated to the NHL roster, but recalled from his Wilkes-Barre\/Scranton Penguins rehab assignment. He remains injured. <\/p>\n
