She has 13 years of teaching experience, including fourth-grade mathematics, kindergarten, high school learning support and life skills support.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">\u201cEducators \u2013 whether a teacher, a principal, or an administrator \u2013 do critical work each and every day to prepare our kids for the future,\u201d said\u00a0Governor Joshn Shapiro. \u201cA lot of the time, our teachers don\u2019t get the credit or support you deserve despite having our students\u2019 back every single day. I want Pennsylvania\u2019s teachers to know that I have their backs, and will continue to build on the progress we\u2019ve made together. I\u2019m grateful for moments like today where we get to celebrate the work that teachers do every day.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">Loring said she always tries to make sure her students know they are loved and supported.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">\u201cEducation is not a one-size-fits-all, so the needs of our children are very diverse, and I want to make sure that I honor everyone\u2019s needs, no matter if it\u2019s an academic need or a personal need.
