We are looking for a driven and creative multimedia account executive to join our team and help us build strong partnerships across the Erie region.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do<\/p>\n
Develop and execute strategies to consistently grow advertising revenue across both Erie News Now and PowerPlay<\/p>\n
Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with local business owners and decision-makers<\/p>\n
Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking<\/p>\n
Make regular sales calls on current and prospective clients<\/p>\n
Create and present tailored multimedia advertising solutions using both television and digital platforms<\/p>\n
Educate clients on how Erie News Now and PowerPlay can effectively promote their products and services<\/p>\n
Prepare customized advertising proposals, negotiate rates and finalize advertising contracts<\/p>\n
Coordinate ad scheduling and creative production with internal teams<\/p>\n
Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue goals<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Bring<\/p>\n
Professional Certificates, Associates, and\/or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience<\/p>\n
Minimum of one year in sales. Media or advertising experience preferred.<\/p>\n
Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills<\/p>\n
A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently<\/p>\n
Familiarity with digital advertising tools and performance metrics is a plus<\/p>\n
Valid driver\u2019s license and an acceptable driving record<\/p>\n
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment<\/p>\n
