Mixed precipitation and light snow are possible Wednesday in the Lehigh Valley.<\/p>\n
The National Weather Service in Mount Holly, New Jersey, has placed Lehigh, Northampton and Berks counties under a winter weather advisory until 6 p.m.<\/p>\n
Snow accumulations up to an inch and ice accumulations around a \u201clight glaze\u201d are possible, according to forecasters. Slippery or hazardous road conditions could affect both the morning and evening commutes.<\/p>\n
Rain and snow is expected earlier in the day before changing to rain Wednesday night.<\/p>\n
All snow is expected to the north of the Lehigh Valley, in the Poconos. Between 1 and 3 inches of snow could fall there, according to forecasters. Precipitation should clear up in the evening.<\/p>\n
Thursday should be clear, but there is a chance of snow again Friday. Forecasters said what exactly that might look like is not yet clear.<\/p>\n
