\t\t\tOBITUARY\t\t<\/p>\n
In loving memory of John Jack Belaski, 79, of Englewood FL, who passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Hospice of the Valley in Scottsdale, AZ one year ago on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.<\/p>\n
\nBorn in Scranton, Pennsylvania, son of the late John Paul and Helen (Zaluski) Belaski, he graduated from Scranton High School in 1962. He was a Vietnam veteran serving in the Army 25th Infantry Division.<\/p>\n
\nHe started his career at Procter & Gamble in Mehoopany, PA in 1967 and continued his career with the consumer products company for over 32 years until his retirement in 2000. He had the opportunity to work for P&G in multiple locations including Cincinnati, OH and Guangzhou, China.<\/p>\n
\nHe is survived by two sons, Bob and wife Carrie, Scottsdale, AZ; John and wife Noelle, Carrollton, GA; and a daughter, Kristin Belaski, Taylor, PA. His five grandchildren, Beckham, Brooke, Alex, Sam and Max. His sister Joan Vitkauskas and husband John, Lakeland, FL; three brothers, Raymond, Dickson City, PA; Vincent and wife Wendy, South Abington Twp., PA; and David and wife, Cindy, Myrtle Beach, SC; many nieces, nephews and cousins.<\/p>\n
\nJack was an avid softball player and an accomplished golfer. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing with his children in Northeastern PA. Happy Jack had a sunny and optimistic personality and was always looking for a new adventure.<\/p>\n
\nAs we mark this year without him, we honor his life, his values, and the legacy he left behind.<\/p>\n
