A winter storm watch is in place this weekend for Erie County and Crawford County.<\/p>\n
The National Weather Service in Cleveland said heavy lake-effect snow and gusty winds are in the forecast for locations including Corry, Erie, Edinboro, Union City, Meadville and Titusville among others. Single-digit temperatures and wind chills to minus 1 also are forecast in some locations.<\/p>\n

Another 2 inches to 4 inches of snow is possible Dec. 14 and an inch or two the night of Dec. 14.<\/p>\n The low Dec. 13 will be around 11, but the wind chill could be as low as minus 1.<\/p>\n Corry: Expect an inch to 3 inches of snow Dec. 13, another 2 inches to 4 inches the night of Dec. 13 and 2 inches to 4 inches more Dec. 14.<\/p>\n The Dec. 13 low will get to around 9, with a wind chill value as low as minus 1. An inch to 3 inches more snow is possible Dec. 14 and the same again that night.<\/p>\n The Dec. 13 low will be near 12, with wind chill values as low as zero.
