\t\t\tOBITUARY\t\t<\/p>\n
Mae. J. Cianfichi, 96, of Moscow passed away peacefully at her home on December 6, 2025. She follows her beloved husband Roland who entered eternal rest in 2018; and her son John who passed in infancy.<\/p>\n
\nBorn June 10, 1929 she was the daughter of the late Wilmer and May (Schmoyer) Gillette.<\/p>\n
\nShe was a graduate of Scranton Technical High School. Early in her career she was employed by the International Correspondence School as an office manager and Spanish traductor. While raising her family she worked part time at Panel Prints, Inc.<\/p>\n
\nMae and her husband traveled extensively in their retirement years. She was petite in size but considerable in presence. She lovingly cared for all her grandchildren during their early years along with several other children from the community.<\/p>\n
\nMae\u2019s family wishes to thank Visiting Angels and Allied Hospice for their loving and compassionate care.<\/p>\n
\nSurviving are her children Mark Cianfichi and wife Meng of Madison Twp., Jay Cianfichi of Roaring Brook Twp, Amy Zielenski and husband Joseph of Raleigh, NC; she was blessed with three devoted grandchildren Bruce of Madison Twp., Daniel and wife Emily of Huntersville, NC, and Paige and fiance Justin Kulick of Clayton, NC; and additional grandchildren and great-grandchildren.<\/p>\n
\nShe treasured the loving support of three exceptional women, nieces Tammy Cook, Terri Gyza, and her sister-In-law Romayne Gillette.<\/p>\n
\nA private blessing service was conducted at Duffy & Snowdon Funeral Home of Moscow, PA with Interment and committal prayers at Fairview Memorial Park.<\/p>\n
