Erie, PA \u2013 Police are asking for the public\u2019s help identifying a vehicle involved in a pedestrian hit-and-run that occurred Monday evening near West 8th Street and Liberty Street.<\/p>\n

Investigators said the incident happened around 6:50 p.m. on December 9, when a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle that then fled the scene.<\/p>\n

Police release photos of vehicle of interest<\/p>\n

The Erie Police Department released photographs of a vehicle believed to be connected to the crash and are urging anyone who recognizes it or has information about the incident to come forward.<\/p>\n

Investigation remains active<\/p>\n

Authorities have not disclosed the condition of the pedestrian but confirmed that the investigation is ongoing.
