(WHTM) \u2014 A Pennsylvania town was ranked among the most festive holiday towns in America, according to a list from Zillow.<\/p>\n
Zillow released its ranking of the top 10 most festive holiday towns in America. Zillow said it analyzed listings across the U.S. that include holiday keywords such as \u201cChristmas lights,\u201d \u201cSanta,\u201d and \u201choliday spirit,\u201d and compiled a list of towns where homeowners are most likely to highlight the holiday season as a selling point.<\/p>\n
\u201cSanta\u2019s House<\/a>\u00a0on Zillow always gets a lot of attention this time of year, but these towns give the big man some competition,\u201d said Amanda Pendleton, Zillow\u2019s home trends expert. \u201cThey\u2019re filled with twinkling lights, community celebrations, and homes where the holiday spirit shines bright all season long.\u201d<\/p>\n Towns from across the nation made the list, including Santa Claus, Indiana, which, of course, ranked first. According to Zillow, the town\u2019s biblical name makes it a natural destination for Christmas, but its surrounding towns share the same holiday appeal.<\/p>\n Zillow mentioned Blakeslee, which is less than an hour\u2019s drive from Bethlehem. They said nearly one-third of for-sale listings in Blakeslee mention the holidays. Additionally, a quarter of listings highlight the holiday spirit of Lake Harmony and Buck Hill Falls, both neighboring communities.<\/p>\n
