SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA CO. (WOLF) \u2014 On Sunday, Lace Village was filled with vendors and shoppers alike braving the cold to enjoy a mid-day Holiday Market.<\/p>\n
From 11 to 6, attendees browsed through over 60 vendors showing off everything from handmade candles, to clothing, local wineries, pottery, and more. It\u2019s the second year that Lace Village has hosted the holiday market and despite concerns about the weather, property manager Michael Basalyga, said it was better than they could\u2019ve expected.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe were thrilled. We didn\u2019t know, yeah, we had some weather last night. We didn\u2019t know how that was going to affect the outcome, but we are pleasantly surprised people showed up. The vendors are happy. Everybody\u2019s having a great time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Basalyga said that they\u2019ll continue this newfound tradition next year and that after a new permanent market opens inside Lace village in early 2026, the future markets are only going to get bigger and better.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA CO.
