AVE<\/a>, the residential real estate brand of Korman Communities<\/a>, unveils 52 new terraced apartments and several renovated and brand new amenity spaces at AVE Paradise Valley<\/a>, its state-of-the-art, mid-rise community in Pleasant Valley, Pennsylvania near Allentown.<\/p>\n

The 400-apartment property opened in January at the former Paradise Valley Mall site, becoming the first residential project to debut within the vibrant mixed-use development.<\/p>\n

New business amenities include thoughtfully designed workspaces, a caf\u00e9 with a complimentary cold brew machine and hot beverage station, and a private conference room. AVE Lounge, an on-site bar off the lobby serving assorted wine and beer, has also been reimagined into a new social space, featuring a speakeasy and high-top seating for residents to enjoy libations and conversation.<\/p>\n

These additions complement the community\u2019s existing resort-style amenities, including a swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, pet parlor with spa, and outdoor courtyards with firepit lounges.<\/p>\n

AVE Paradise Valley\u2019s new apartment category, The Terraces, offers some of the largest floor plans in the market, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts, as well as two-bedroom with den options, ranging from 696 to 1,895 square feet.
