A woman is accused of leaving a 13-year-old child in the car for over an hour as she gambled at Wind Creek <\/a>casino in Bethlehem<\/a>, authorities said.<\/p>\n

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board<\/a> announced Wednesday it placed that woman and three other adults on its various Involuntary Exclusion Lists.<\/p>\n

All four people placed on the lists are accused of leaving juveniles in cars as they gambled on a casino property.<\/p>\n

The other incidents included:<\/p>\n

A man who left two 3-year-olds in a car in the parking lot of Parx Casino in Bensalem, Bucks County for 16 minutes while he gambled in the sportsbookA woman who left two 11-year-olds in a car in the parking lot at Presque Isle Downs & Casino in Erie County for 30 minutes while she gambled slotsA woman who left two children, ages 5 and 11, in a car in the parking lot at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course in Dauphin County for 27 minutes while she gambled slots.<\/p>\n

The board also levied a fine of $31,950 against Evolution US, LLC, an Interactive Gaming Manufacturer licensee. The fine was the result of the firm allegedly failing to file in a timely manner a principal license application for a board member who assumed additional responsibility.<\/p>\n

Children left alone by parents or caregivers have been an ongoing problem in recent years at the Bethlehem casino.<\/p>\n
