Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals no longer faces a class suit that was severed from the larger Meta Platforms health pixel tracking litigation pending in federal court. <\/p>\n

It\u2019s the plaintiffs\u2019 obligation to demonstrate standing, and here they informed the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania that they failed to meet the criteria to support their claims.
