The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has lifted the speed limit and right-lane-only commercial vehicle restrictions that were in place on interstates in Erie County.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Due to the winter weather impacting the region earlier today, speed limits were temporarily reduced to 45 mph on Interstate 79, Interstate 86, and Interstate 90.<\/p>\n
All speeds are now restored to their usual posted limits.<\/p>\n
PennDOT is still treating roadways in the area and will continue until roads are clear.<\/p>\n
