\t\t\tOBITUARY\t\t<\/p>\n
Estella Ruth Brown, 98, passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at East Desert Sun Assisted Living Facility in Gilbert, Arizona.<\/p>\n
Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Louis Valentine, Sr. and Ida (Robinson) Valentine, and the beloved wife of the late Semerian Brown, Sr. She was preceded in death by her sons, Semerian Brown and Michael Brown, as well as her brothers and sisters.<\/p>\n
Estella was educated in the public school system of Pennsylvania and was a proud graduate of Overbrook Senior High School, Class of 1947. She later settled in Reading, Pennsylvania, where she worked at Western Electric, Reading Hospital as a nurse\u2019s aide, Wilson\u2019s Safety Equipment, and for many years as a caregiver.<\/p>\n
She was a devoted member of Bethel A.M.E. Church, Reading, PA, where she served faithfully as a Stewardess and volunteered during Wednesday midday services. Estella enjoyed bowling, winning several tournament trophies.<\/p>\n
She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.<\/p>\n
