We\u2019ve watched families grow, friendships form, milestones celebrated, and routines become traditions. Doors &amp; Windows, in an end unit of a newly constructed strip mall.<\/p>\n<p>Redd &amp; Co. Fine Jewelers, a full-service jeweler offering sales, repairs and custom designs, opened its new, larger store at the other end of the strip mall in April.<\/p>\n<p>The new restaurant occupies a newly outfitted space, featuring new flooring, lighting, kitchen equipment and furniture.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cClosing this chapter is emotional,\u201d the Griddle 145 announcement continues.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re sad to say goodbye to these walls, deeply thankful for the memories made here, and incredibly excited for what\u2019s ahead \u2013 all at the same time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In the spring, Taylor told 69 News that the new Lower Macungie restaurant will feature a &#8220;modern American mix,&#8221; with some international influences.<\/p>\n<p>A full bar will offer a wide variety of domestic and international craft beer, wine and spirits, along with classic and signature cocktails, he added.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re moving to a new location and beginning a new chapter at The Broken Record,\u201d the announcement continues.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA new name, a new vibe, and a new energy \u2013 but the same heart behind everything we do. We\u2019ll continue serving breakfast and brunch, expand into lunch and dinner, and you\u2019ll still find many of the Griddle 145 favorites you\u2019ve come to love.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>At Griddle 145, customers can enjoy a menu of classic and creative American fare, including breakfast selections such as build-your-own omelets, chicken and waffles, huevos rancheros, scallion pancakes, lemon ricotta pancakes, tomato Florentine eggs Benedict, strawberry dream French toast (topped with strawberry cream cheese, fresh sliced strawberries and house-made strawberry sauce) and &#8220;house hash&#8221; (sliced steak, onions, peppers and breakfast potatoes topped with house-made ranchero sauce, cheddar jack cheese, two eggs any style and toast).<\/p>\n<p>Lunch menu highlights include shrimp tacos, chicken Milan sandwich, G145 Cubano and build-your-own and signature burgers such as &#8220;The Boomer&#8221; (smoked bacon, fried egg, cheddar jack cheese and chipotle mayo).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We offer an all-day breakfast and lunch menu that fuses comfort and indulgence in dishes such as banana Fosters French toast and a lavishly topped Boomer Burger, in addition to deliciously thought out seasonal specials and vegan options,&#8221; a message on the business&#8217; website reads. &#8220;There is something for everyone.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Breakfast at The Broken Record is set to begin in January, and updates will be provided via Griddle 145\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/griddle145\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Facebook<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/griddle145\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Instagram<\/a> pages.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThank you for trusting us with your mornings, your celebrations, and your time for the past 13 \u00bd years,\u201d Saturday\u2019s announcement continues. \u201cWe hope you\u2019ll follow us into this next chapter and continue making memories with us.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>                            <script async src=\"\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A tasty business is bidding farewell as another one is preparing to open in Lehigh County.
