SCRANTON, Pa. \u2014 Update: Scranton Police say that Giovanni Ramirez has been found.<\/p>\n

A 14-year-old boy has been missing in Scranton<\/a> since Saturday morning, authorities said.<\/p>\n

Giovanni Ramirez was last seen around 7:15 a.m. in the area of Norton Avenue in the city, according to a notice issued by the state police. He may be at “special risk of harm or injury,” the state police said.<\/p>\n

Giovanni is five feet and four inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes and was last spotted wearing black jogging pants, a black hooded sweatshirt, black and white sneakers and a black baseball cap with a blue symbol on the front, police said.<\/p>\n
