Erie First Christian Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they’ve averaged 65.4 points per game this season.<\/p>\n Erie First Christian Academy lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Otto-Eldred, but it’s fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Friday’s game. Erie First Christian Academy breezed past Otto-Eldred to the tune of 87-49 last Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Erie First Christian Academy.<\/p>\n Erie First Christian Academy can attribute much of their success to Simon Gonzalez<\/a>, who almost dropped a double-double with 34 points and nine boards, and Avery Collins<\/a>, who posted 30 points along with six assists and four steals. That makes it five consecutive games in which Collins has scored at least a third of Erie First Christian Academy’s points. The team also got some help courtesy of Trey Titus<\/a>, who scored 12 points and eight assists.<\/p>\n They weren’t the only ones working in the assist department: Erie First Christian Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 21 assists. That’s the most assists they’ve managed all season.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Seneca took a blow against Eisenhower on Tuesday, falling 81-28. While losing is never fun, the Bobcats can’t take it too hard given the team’s big disadvantage in MaxPreps’ Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 477th, while the Knights are ranked 124th).<\/p>\n This is the second loss in a row for Seneca and nudges their season record down to 2-5. As for Erie First Christian Academy, their win bumped their record up to 5-2.<\/p>\n Everything came up roses for Erie First Christian Academy against Seneca when the teams last played back in December of 2024, as the team secured a 72-39 victory.
