The weather service says, “Heavy lake effect snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 12 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 60 mph creating blowing and drifting snow and greatly reducing visibilities.”<\/p>\n
“Visibilities may drop below 1\/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes. Strong winds could cause tree damage,” adds the weather service. “Monitor the latest forecasts for updates on this situation.”<\/p>\n
