BUFFALO, N.Y. \u2014 Erie County has issued a travel advisory, beginning at 11am, due to severe winter weather conditions.<\/p>\n
Gusty winds combined with incoming snow are forecasted to create extreme whiteout conditions, reduced visibility, and hazardous travel conditions, particularly on major roadways and open areas.<\/p>\n

If travel is required, use caution and allow additional time.<\/p>\n The Buffalo City Hall will be implementing an early release at 11:30 am to ensure the safety of staff members and the public. Residents can still conduct city business online at buffalony.gov<\/a>.<\/p>\n A Travel Advisory has been issued for all of Erie County beginning at 11:00 AM today, Monday December 29.<\/p>\n Residents are advised to avoid travel if possible.
