A Slate Belt <\/a>man is facing felony firearms charges after police found an allegedly loaded ghost gun in his car as he gambled at Wind Creek Casino Bethlehem.<\/a><\/p>\n

Kaminee D. Marrow-Mcdowell, 27, of the 200 block of South Main Street in Bangor, is charged with felony firearms not to be carried without a license and felony possession of a prohibited firearm.<\/p>\n

A warrant for Marrow-Mcdowell\u2018s arrest on Tuesday was filed at the office of District Judge Nicholas E. Englesson.<\/p>\n

A Bethlehem<\/a> patrol officer just after 8:30 a.m. April 15 found the gun in Marrow-Mcdowell\u2019s silver 2019 Hyundai Elantra parked at the Wind Creek Casino parking garage, 77 Wind Creek Blvd. <\/p>\n

Marrow-Mcdowell had active warrants filed for violating parole as a convicted felon, court records state. <\/p>\n

Investigators call it a \u201cghost gun\u201d because it came from a kit and was assembled by someone other than a gunsmith or manufacturer.<\/p>\n

Marrow-Mcdowell was found in the casino and taken into custody by city and state police.<\/p>\n

Investigators seized Marrow-Mcdowell\u2019s car keys and the Polymer80 9mm \u201ckit gun\u201d from the vehicle, police said.<\/p>\n

The chamber of the firearm was empty; however, the magazine was loaded with 15 hollow point, 9mm cartridges, police said.<\/p>\n
