Azur Mediterranean Bar & Grille\u00a0opened\u00a0Dec. 1<\/a> at the Trolley Barn Public Market in Quakertown. The menu includes hummus, falafel, kebab gyros, stuffed grape leaves, fish, spinach pie, baba ganoush and alcoholic beverages from Doan Distillery.<\/p>\n

Luna\u2019s Bakery & Cafe reopened Dec. 8<\/a> at 1120 W. Linden St. in Allentown.<\/p>\n

The Kawaii Shop opened at Promenade Saucon Valley<\/a> in Upper Saucon Township. It offers Japanese snacks, drinks, plush toys, ornaments, bags and artwork.<\/p>\n

The pet salon Velvet Tails \u2013 Luxury Pet Services held a grand opening Dec. 5<\/a> at 39 Belvidere St. in Nazareth.<\/p>\n

The Cozy Crumbs Caf\u00e9\u00a0opened at the\u00a0ArtsWalk<\/a>\u00a0at 21 N. Seventh St. in Allentown.<\/p>\n

The hot dog vendor\u00a0Rod\u2019s Dogs reopened Dec. 11<\/a> at the Easton Public Market in Easton.<\/p>\n

Taichi Bubble Tea\u00a0held a grand opening\u00a0Dec. 12<\/a>\u00a0at 21 E. Third St. in Bethlehem, where it\u00a0offers teas, poke bowls, spring rolls and ramen.<\/p>\n

The Little Gym opened Dec. 15<\/a> at 6900 Hamilton Blvd. in Lower Macungie Township. It offers children\u2019s classes such as for gymnastics and social skills.<\/p>\n

Last Call Closeouts Liquidations opened<\/a> at 3143 William Penn Highway in Palmer Township.<\/p>\n

Dunkin\u2019 opened its new kiosk Dec. 29<\/a> at the Lehigh Valley Mall in Whitehall Township.<\/p>\n

CLOSURES:<\/p>\n

HiJinx Brewing Co. closed its taproom on Dec. 20<\/a> at 905 Harrison St. in Allentown and ended brewery operations at the location Dec. 31.<\/p>\n

Bilal\u2019s Breakfast & Sandwiches permanently closed<\/a> at 46 W. North St. in Bethlehem.<\/p>\n

Jennifer\u2019s Unique Boutique held its last day Dec. 21<\/a> at the Lehigh Valley Mall in Whitehall Township.<\/p>\n

The Adagio seafood restaurant held its last day Dec. 27<\/a> at 530 Pembroke Road in Bethlehem.<\/p>\n

Caring Hearts Clothing Closet and More temporarily closed<\/a> to relocate from 7935 Route 873 in Washington Township to 241 Lehigh Gap St. in Walnutport.<\/p>\n

Old Mecca Caf\u00e9 announced Dec. 30<\/a> it would close at 527 Northampton St. in Easton.<\/p>\n

Chick-fil-A closed Dec. 31<\/a> at the Lehigh Valley Mall in Whitehall Township<\/p>\n

Griddle 145 closed Dec. 31<\/a> at 1146 MacArthur Road in Whitehall Township.<\/p>\n

Easton landmark Mother\u2019s Bar & Grille closed Dec. 31<\/a>.<\/p>\n

OPENINGS:<\/p>\n

From Lino held a grand opening Nov. 1<\/a> at 802 Spring St. in Bethlehem. It serves quesitos, medialunas, cookies, sourdough Danish pastries, pan de cristal, palmeritas, espresso drinks and pantry items like eggs, cheese, sauces, olive oil and seasonings.<\/p>\n

Spice Route opened<\/a> at 845 Linden St. in Allentown. It offers paneer tikka, bhajia, Kung Pao chicken, fried rice, noodles, shrimp, curry, lamb, goat and desserts.<\/p>\n

Pie + Tart held a soft opening Nov. 12<\/a> at 349 Northampton St. in Easton after relocating from 444 Northampton St.<\/p>\n

Mama B Resale Boutique held a grand reopening Nov. 15<\/a> at 107 N. Seventh St. in Allentown after moving from 416 E. Fourth St. in Bethlehem.<\/p>\n

The Worthy Dessert shop opened Nov. 15<\/a> at the Trolley Barn Public Market in Quakertown.<\/p>\n

The new Phantoms Pro Shop opened to the public Nov. 18<\/a> next to the PPL Center\u2019s Lehigh Valley Health Network Gate in Allentown, where it offers Lehigh Valley Phantoms apparel and collectibles.<\/p>\n

Yung Esau\u2019s Vintage Shop began a soft opening period Nov. 21<\/a> at 97 E. Broad St. in Bethlehem, where it offers clothing from the 1980s to the early 2000s such as T-shirts, hats, pants and jackets.<\/p>\n

A new Giant supermarket opened Nov. 21<\/a> at South Mall at 3300 Lehigh St. in Salisbury Township.<\/p>\n

The barbershop Sharkey\u2019s Cuts for Kids held a grand opening on Nov. 22<\/a> at 355 S. Cedar Crest Blvd. in Allentown.<\/p>\n

The coffee trailer Roasties opened its new cafe Nov. 26<\/a> at 17 N. Poplar St. in Macungie.<\/p>\n

Barley Creek Taproom Saucon announced its opening Nov. 28<\/a> at Promenade Saucon Valley in Upper Saucon Township. It offers beer, cocktails, wings, burgers, pretzels, mozzarella wedges, pizza, sandwiches, shrimp tacos and macaroni and cheese.<\/p>\n

Pickleball Kingdom held its grand opening Nov. 28<\/a> at the Whitehall Square shopping center at 2180 MacArthur Road in Whitehall Township.<\/p>\n

The Gemeral Store reopened Nov. 29<\/a> at 216 W. Broad St. in Bethlehem.<\/p>\n
