BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA \u2014 A Philadelphia man died following a crash at a Street Road intersection on Friday morning that is under investigation, police said.<\/p>\n
Bensalem Police were called to the intersection of Street Road and Mechanicsville Road at 5:56 a.m. on Friday for a report of a serious crash. <\/p>\n
Police investigated a single-vehicle crash in which a Toyota Camry, driven by Aaron Mines, 29, of Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia, was traveling west on Street Road when it lost control and struck the traffic light standard. <\/p>\n
Mines was transported to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital by Bensalem EMS and subsequently died of his injuries. <\/p>\n
The investigation is ongoing to determine if drugs, alcohol, or a medical condition were contributors to this crash.<\/p>\n
