Authorities described the teenager as a Hispanic girl who is approximately 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs about 125 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.<\/p>\n
Garcia Sarmiento is also Hispanic. He is approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.<\/p>\n
