Erie City Council’s 2026 lineup is now official.<\/p>\n
At an Erie City Hall ceremony on Jan. 5, new council members Andre Horton and Marilyn Pol, who won seats in November’s municipal election<\/a>, were sworn in along with Jasmine Flores and Maurice Troop.<\/p>\n The four join Tyler Titus, Ed Brzezinski and Kathy Schaaf on the seven-member, all-Democratic City Council. Horton is a former Erie County Councilman who could not run for re-election to that seat because of county term limit rules.
