(WTAJ) \u2014 A new report from the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts (AOPC) shed light on the top 10 counties in the state with the highest number of human trafficking offenses.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">According to their findings, 5% of offences committed in Blair County involved human trafficking. Franklin County recorded the highest number at 15%, while Cumberland County recorded the lowest at 2%.
