{"id":80238,"date":"2026-01-07T13:46:09","date_gmt":"2026-01-07T13:46:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/80238\/"},"modified":"2026-01-07T13:46:09","modified_gmt":"2026-01-07T13:46:09","slug":"17-year-old-charged-with-homicide-months-after-man-was-found-shot-to-death-inside-crashed-vehicle-wpxi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/80238\/","title":{"rendered":"17-year-old charged with homicide months after man was found shot to death inside crashed vehicle \u2013 WPXI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">EAST MCKEESPORT, Pa.  \u2014 More than six months after a man was found shot to death inside a crashed vehicle in East McKeesport, police announced that someone is facing charges. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">The Allegheny County Police Department has been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wpxi.com\/news\/local\/man-found-shot-death-inside-crashed-vehicle-east-mckeesport\/RDY5TQRUHZERJG4FDKKRIG7HSE\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.wpxi.com\/news\/local\/man-found-shot-death-inside-crashed-vehicle-east-mckeesport\/RDY5TQRUHZERJG4FDKKRIG7HSE\/\">investigating 20-year-old Keith Pelmon\u2019s death since June 12<\/a>, when he was found unconscious and shot in the chest inside a crashed vehicle by the intersection of Pittsburgh Street and Park Avenue. He died on scene. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">On Tuesday, ACPD announced that charges had been filed against 17-year-old Zylon Patterson, of Pittsburgh.
